Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake

This little mug cake is low FODMAP, gluten free, cane sugar free & egg free

  • Total time: under 5 minutes
  • Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 5 tbsp of Almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Rice Malt Syrup

Method:

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a microwave safe mug. Depending on the size of your mug, it might be easier to do this in a small bowl transferring the mixture into the mug once fully combined. Microwave the mug cake for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until cooked through. Serve straight away- as easy as that!
