5 Minute Hot Chocolate

This hot chocolate is low FODMAP, dairy free, cane sugar free & gluten free

Serves 1


  • 5 squares of Dark Chocolate (make sure this is gluten-free and dairy free if needed)
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Rice Malt Syrup
  • A few drops of Vanilla extract
  • 1/35th tsp of Stevia (this is optional, 1/35tsp is the scoop that comes with pure Stevia Extract)


Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Place over a medium heat, and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat as soon as boiling begins, and serve hot.
