
This hot chocolate is low FODMAP, dairy free, cane sugar free & gluten free
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 5 squares of Dark Chocolate (make sure this is gluten-free and dairy free if needed)
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp of Rice Malt Syrup
- A few drops of Vanilla extract
- 1/35th tsp of Stevia (this is optional, 1/35tsp is the scoop that comes with pure Stevia Extract)
Method:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Place over a medium heat, and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat as soon as boiling begins, and serve hot.
